1.    Goods can only be returned only if not damaged/worn more than once
2.    For delivery, seller will deliver to the buyer’s facility and the buyer will pay all the delivery costs.
3.    Risk of loss shall pass to buyer upon delivery if they haven’t already passed 
4.    Any liability of seller for non-delivery of product shall be limited to replacing the product within the reasonable time or adjusting the invoice respecting such products to reflect the actual quantity delivered.
5.    All cancellations will be subject to payment to seller with reasonable and proper cancellation charges 
6.    Buyer may return products only at his sole costs only with prior written authorization of seller 
7.    No returns will be permitted more than two weeks of delivery. 
8.    Terms of payments are net cash all payable in Ugandan currency(ugx)

First, if there is anything wrong with the product you bought or you not happy with it, you have to issue a refund and return your item. 
If you want to return a product, the only way would be if you follow the next guidelines:
1)    The product has to be damage free. Any damage found on your product will lead to cancellation of your refund immediately.

At Joe Kigozi Academy we commit ourselves to serving our customers with the best products. Every single product that you choose is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects and packaged with at most care. We do this to ensure that you fall in love with our product.

Sadly, there are times when we may not have the products that you choose in stock and have some issues with our inventory and product check. In such cases we may have to cancel your order. You will be intimated about it in advance so that you don’t have to worry necessarily about your order. If you have purchased via online payment (not cash on delivery) then you’ll be refunded ounce our team confirms your request. We carry out thorough quality checks before processing the ordered items. We take at most care before packing the product and at some time we ensure the packing is good such that the items won’t get damaged during transit. Please note that JKA is not liable to damages that are caused to items during transit or transportation. We will revise your returned product as soon as we receive it and if it follows the guidelines addressed above, we shall proceed to issue a refund for your purchase. Your refund may take a couple of days but will be notified when you receive your money. 

Shipping 
JKA is not responsible for return shipping costs. Every shipping has to be paid by a customer. Even if the item had free shipping in the first place, the customer has to pay for the shipping on return.
